With over 30 Years of sales experience, Steve had an illustrious and highly successful career selling IT solutions into the Insurance industry before moving, nearly 10 Years ago, into the Customer Communications Management market. First beginning with PrintSoft and then Objectif Lune, Steve was latterly at PFT (now Kaplam) managing key Service Provider and BPO clients in the UK, successfully driving Inspire sales, increasing PFT’s positioning with those key partners, and being a contributor to GMC’s ongoing success and #1 position in the CCM market. As an evangelist for the benefits that can be delivered by the implementation of an effective CCM solution into organisations, Steve brings his wealth of experience as a thought leader into his role as CCM Subject Matter Expert for Kaplam Europe. In addition to offering full sales support to the Canon Regional Sales Offices (including the creation and delivery of sales training, the creation of collateral and new Customer Applica, accompanying sales people of customer visits and helping to drive Canon EMEA’s CCM strategy), Steve is also looking beyond the now to consider the direction of travel for CCM into the future; the threats and the opportunities, and how to prepare for both.
