Zyad is the CTO of Paralell, a leader in CCM. He has been in the customer communications industry since 1999 when he joined Paralell's R&D. Zyad is responsible for the direction, development and implementation of technology strategy, technology partner network and technical roadmaps on the global level. Prior to joining Paralell, Zyad worked in several Software companies with focus on enterprise software to manage business operations and EIS. He finished his studies with a Masters degree in Informatics as well as in Economics. Zyad is passionate about his family, friends and sports activities in which he can move his limits higher and higher.
