Marcko is partner and CX Consultant at Kindy Spain. He is specialized in the area of customer experience and customer journey mapping. Marcko has extensive experience in managing customer experiences, digital transformation and online marketing, with which he has helped several companies improve their multi-channel customer contact of their commercial and service organizations. He holds a Masters in Science with distinction from The Detroit University.
